MESSAGE BEGINS
Secondly, the Techno Union would like to express it's hope that the transition will be orderly and hopes the economic productivity of the Cygnus Star Empire grows from its rather diminished nadir at present. We note that the vessel that crashed carrying the Royal Family was not produced under the auspices of any Techno Union member and are confident such a vessel, even in disrepair, would have not so catastrophically failed if it was produced to the exacting standards all Techno Union members follow.
Thirdly, the Cygnus Star Empire is a great potential resource due to its massive potential industrial capacity and the Techno Union and it's members would be happy to open discussions with a goal of purchasing factories within the Cygnus Star Empire as well as investing in companies there that show potential profit for investors. This is conditional upon the spaceways remaining relatively safe in the Cygnus Star Empire as they have been in the last year or so.
Also, we hope that Jamie the Hutt, Jamulon Bey, will follow the predecessor's trade friendly tax regime while perhaps re-visiting some of his more old-fashioned attitudes.
Lastly, we would like to state that the Techno Union has no quarrel with the Hutt Council (although we do not believe this action to be their doing) nor a racist attitude toward Hutts who are so often maligned in the human core press. We thus extend our hand in amity to both Jamulon Bey ruler apparent of the Cygnus Star Empire and the Hutt Council as rulers of Hutt Space and would like to express our wish that our relations in future might be profitable. We believe that what is best for the market is best for the people, and we hope to benefit the Cygnus Star Empire's ailing market through a relationship.
