I'd like to request Pellenore have his own Courier named Glitterbug (named in honour of his addiction to Glitterstim) which he uses to transport critical and high value cargoes, largely medical supplies (for which he charges only expenses) for a HWK-290 Courier, upgraded with a class 0.5 Hyperdrive cannibalized from a WR-542 Shooting Star Fast Courier and boosted experimental sublight engines allowing the Courier to make 100 MGLT in space and 1250 km/h in atmosphere (but is unmanoverable above 1000)

As Pellenore is first and foremost a fighter pilot, the Glitterbug is outfitted with a considerable armament (similar to the Moldy Crow), the weapons aboard the Glitterbug are:

Dual laser cannons (4)
Blaster cannon turret (1)
Rear Firing Concussion Missile Pod (4 Missiles, can only fire to the rear)

The ship has small universal jammers fitted to each of the weapons making it impossible to detect the weapons aboard on Sensors but naturally they can be seen on a visual inspection.

So in essence, you're requesting the Moldy Crow with the addition of a faster hyperdrive, faster sublight engines and a rear-firing concussion missile launcher. I Approve of the ship, including the jammers, with the caveat that anyone who scans the ship is going to notice something odd. After all, jammers, to my understanding, encompass an area. To that end, there's likely to be a 'blank' of some kind when anyone scans the ship. Other than that, it looks good to me.

There suitcase sized jammers on each weapon not a ship wide one so a normal scan would show empty slots where weapons are (as on the stock model). The ship itself should this look normal on standard sensor sweeps. Warship scanners would likely see something unusual though.

Is there reason to believe that the weapons would be detectable on sensors if they're not powered up? I'd prefer to devise a way to keep them on the down low without the involvement of "suitcase jammers" if possible. If not, meh—it'll do. But any thoughts on this? I always assumed that obtaining weapons readouts on another ship from sensors is more of a video game invention than something that's in canon use. Heaven knows why the rebels didn't notice the Death Star II's superlaser powering up before it fired; everyone lost their shit when it did. On the first Death Star, too, the rebel pilots visually count the number of deflection towers, which I'm guessing is some sort of armament. Doesn't seem as though weapons detection is that sophisticated. The Millennium Falcon had weapons that were manifestly illegal, but must have gone unnoticed many times. No mention of jammers.

I would say no to the jammers, referring to Jace's argument presented. Otherwise, I think I'm good on this request. Jace, Mike, do you guys have anything else on this?
